Shipping & Delivery

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. You get an email confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once the parcel is on its way.

After preparation, standard delivery inside the United States usually takes 3–7 business days. That covers all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO military addresses and US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

Standard shipping costs nothing on any order, with no minimum spend. Faster options may be offered at checkout and are quoted at 2–5 business days for most locations.

We ship to more than 230 countries and territories. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination, and standard shipping is free on international orders too.

Where local rules require it, customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the recipient.

Your tracking number arrives by email once the order ships. Use the link in that email, or open the Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. Most destinations show live tracking updates.

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if a parcel is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged. We will take it up with the carrier.
